Check the windproof lighter instructions for routine maintenance (wick, flint, and lighter fluid).
If you find that your Zippo Windproof Lighter still isn't functioning properly, please follow the repair steps below:
You can send your Zippo lighter for repair to Moreno 1460, Monserrat (CABA), ZIP Code 1093 – Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Do not attempt to make repairs yourself, as this may damage the lighter beyond repair.
The lighter's finish is not covered under our warranty.
